    Hi Micheal
    just saw this
how come you had to run ?
    running and rushing creates stress
    …. not good for you
guess was it due to the fact you were transitting at Heathrow …”the worlds favourite airport ?”
    cheers John

What can I say, had just 1.5 hours of time between switching planes on a trans-continental flight and they have soooo many checkpoints and corridors and miles and miles of junctions between terminals that I had to run for it to make sure I caught my flight… I know it’s not healthy and it’s stressful, but switching planes usually is… and that’s life :-)

I have a backpack with wheels. It’s my ultimate traveller bag and it works perfectly as hand luggage. I don’t remember the brand, though.

The backpack with wheels is great thing – you use the wheels on the airport but if you need to run for life, you use it as a backpack.
