My 5 am habit hasn&#039;t changed. Love waking up in the morning and getting lots done before anyone wakes up in my home. Good luck with your waking up at 4 am (wow, that&#039;s really early)</description>

		<description>Yes, it is quite a difference when you start your day early and actually have the energy to continue being productive through the day. I myself wake up around 4 or 4:30 and usually in bed by 11 or 12 the night. It is difficult to wake up at that time Monday through Friday however and sometimes you might just sleep in another 2 or 3 hours so that you do not exhaust yourself, at least a day or two. But it is great being at Starbucks say at 6 and just having 3 or 4 hours of time for yourself before heading off to your actual job.</description>
