I bought myself a Notetaker wallet designed by David Allen and I found out it compliments my iPhone as a total arsenal of capture tools, just see how I use them:
Question: Which tools do you use for capturing your ideas and making sure you won’t forget a thing?

Nice wallet. I’m using e-capture only, even for writted notes, using my cellphone (a Htc Touch HD). It’s easier to synchronise and avoid me to copy it again later on.

Yep, but the paper and pen feel is a really welcome thing, I have my iPhone with me all the time but still prefer to write on paper… and when someone asks if I have a pen, I have it in my wallet!

The wallet is a good thing but I’m afraid it’s too thick for me (my current wallet is very slim). I use Evernote for capturing notes on the go and even on computer. I’ve got two notebooks in Evernote: Inbox and Archive. Once I process the notes in Inbox I put them in archive for reference (just in case I need them later).

iPhone, Evernote and wallet, but am still trying to find out how to integrate Evernote with using Nozbe. I find recording very useful when I’m on the move.

I still love my notetaker wallet – it’s an amazing device + I always have a pen on me… and it’s useful in so many situations!
Pieter, as you know Evernote now is fully integrated in Nozbe:

I use kind of the same setup.
I use a checkbook wallet with a pen and paper and I use the Omnifocus software for iPhone and mac.
One thing I have found out is that when using photos and voice recording on my iphone it is essential that I email myself the stuff right after capturing it.. or else I forget about recording it

I have been using something called “Jott” (http://jott.com) to capture my voice notes. They do a fantastic job of translating the voice note into text. And Jott works with Nozbe! (but you already knew that!)

@Daniel – seems to me you need to introduce an “inbox processing” habit for your photo and voice notes.
Check out my videos about inboxes for some ideas:

@Christine – Jott is really cool, and Nozbe integrates with it… and lots of folks love this kind of speech-to-text input to Nozbe:
